How do I add files to my GoBox?

There are multiples way to add files to your GoBox account.  

1. Download our Windows Desktop and Sidebar app.  Files can be added to your GoBox account by dragging and dropping files into the widgets.
2. Download our FireFox Sidebar app.  Files can be added to your GoBox by dragging and dropping files into the widget.
3. Logging into your GoBox Account, you can upload files from your local computer by going to www.gobox.com/my-files.  Clicking the New Item button will prompt a pop-up browse dialog allowing you to select files to upload.

How secure is GoBox?

How do I undelete files?

GoBox has a trash can feature just like your regular operating system.  When you first delete a file from your GoBox account it will be placed in your GoBox trash can.  You can restore the file from the trash can anytime you want.  Once it's deleted from your trash can though, it' gone.

Can I use GoBox on my mobile device?

Yes!  The GoBox website can be viewed from any web-enabled device.  Additionally, we have iPhone and Android versions available for download.

How much space does my GoBox have?
